Troubleshooting

If the power bank stops charging, try the following steps:

1. Recharge the power bank through the USB-C port using a compatible cable and power adapter.

2. Try a different USB-C cable or adapter to rule out an accessory problem.

3. Remove thick cases, metal plates, card holders, wallets and other attachments.

4. Reposition the phone so it is centered over the circular charging area.

5. Check that the power bank has sufficient remaining battery.

6. Clean the charging surfaces and USB-C port with a dry, soft cloth.

7. Allow the power bank and phone to cool before trying again if either device feels unusually warm.

8. Disconnect all devices, wait several minutes and reconnect the phone.
